Weird sound quality, I re-recorded the video and the sound kept fading in and out both times so I’m just going with what I have. Head still feels tight but less of it feels numb. Hearing in my left ear still is meh but the use of ice daily has helped reduce scar tissue on my neck that was making me feel that it was unlikely I’d wear my hair up ever again. So dramatic! Energy level is up, sleeping less and feeling more productive though I know it’s all still a process. One month check-in with doc seemed positive, so now I carry on.
